Does turning have you in a tizzy? Are snake arms a mysterious knot you've yet to unravel? You're not alone! In this short class, we'll break down the foundational technique for turns through a series of movement drills. We'll discuss spotting, dizziness, posture, and trusting the body. We'll learn a few basic turns including the 3-point turn and paddle turn, and we'll go through a series of exercises to help you find the correct sequence and use of muscles and joint articulation for super slinky snake arms. At the end of class we'll put everything together in a highly danceable combination.
