Video Description: For session 2 of week 3, you'll get a pep talk from Amy Sigil focused on doing your best and knowing what your best is for the moment. Ashley will lead you through a Pilates conditioning and warm up and then Sedona will break down and drill the shimmy. Ashley will give you some drills to get you ready for the 3/4 shimmy, and then you end the session with a cool down.
