Video Description: In session 1 of week 1 you’ll do some Pilates with Ashley, and explore core building blocks with Rachel Brice's “Daily Dose”. Sedona will take you through some isolation patterns, then introduce our first choreography of the series: a Dynamic Drum Solo Choreography! We'll cool down with a yoga practice from Rachel.
