Designed by Ashley Lopez herself, "Integrated Dance Preparation" gives you a ton of bang for your buck, focusing on belly dance drills, yoga, and Pilates for 6 weeks straight that will also prepare you for taking Ashley's in person teacher training program, Integrated Dance.

Featuring 5 sessions per week, each about an 1 hour in length, this program will help you reach your goals smarter and faster, while giving you two days of rest to relax and gather yourself for more practice! Get it!

This 6-week program is designed for students who wish to prepare physically, technically, and mentally for Ashley Lopez's Integrated Dance Part 1 Intensive. Ashley designed the Integrated Dance Preparation program on Datura Online to prepare her students interested in taking the Integrated Dance Intensive, as well as for those dancers looking to hone their technique and build body strength and flexibility.

Fusion Fit part 2: Belly Dance ProgramFusion Fit: Part 2

The continuation of the Fusion Fit program will delve into our full collection of Yoga, Pilates, strength training, and cardio classes to keep you strong and flexible, no matter what your ultimate fitness goals may be! Made with tight schedules in mind, we'll give you everything you need in an hour or less per session, for just three days a week. We've created these three day practices as our personal recommendation for just one example of a healthy lifestyle practice, but feel free to use the shorter sessions on their own if you only have time for one short tune up per week. It's designed to be repeated, so if you love how you feel after four weeks, keep on trucking! We're here for ya!

Two New Belly Dance Programs

Two new belly dance training programs, "Fusion Fit" and "Strong and Stable Spins", have been added to Datura Online! If you're new to programs, Datura Online Belly Dance programs are designed by our teachers and staff, to provide you with a curated dance practice to meet training goals. Programs range from one week to 30 days to 8 weeks of training. The classes in each program are available to rent individually or, if you're an unlimited access member, you have access to all of the videos while your membership is active.

Fusion Fit part 1: Basic Training Belly Dance ProgramFusion Fit: Part 1

This yoga, Pilates, and fusion fitness program was designed especially for dancers by dancers.

A good challenge or convenient maintenance practice, it's also packed with F-U-N! Made with tight schedules in mind, you'll get a work out in an hour or less per session, for just three days a week.

It's designed to be repeated, so if you love how you feel after four weeks, keep on trucking. We'll be here for ya!

 

 

 

 

Strong and Stable Spins Belly Dance ProgramStrong and Stable Spins

Learn a variety of spins and gain confidence turning with this immersive program.

Spinning requires time, technique, and determination. This practice will guide you through the fundamentals of all kinds of spins and turns from classical Indian style spins to fusion spins. It also includes additional spinning spotlights and combinations that highlight turns, as well as complimentary stabilizing and grounding warm ups and cool downs.

On The Go: Belly Dance ProgramOn The Go : Stay fit with a tight schedule

With a stacked schedule it can be a challenge to keep fit. With this 4 week program, we've got you covered! In sessions that are 40 mins or less, you'll get an intermediate level quick and easy fitness check in. Great to do alongside regular practice, to prepare for an intensive, or to do all on its own.

This program features three 30-40 minute sessions of mix and match Datura Online classes per week. Feel free to shift it around to whichever three days work best for your schedule.

Designed to build muscle and endurance, you'll alternate working on the lower body, torso, and upper body each week. You'll also get small doses of yoga, Pilates, and cardio training to round out your practice.

Basic Training Belly Dance ProgramBasic Training : For the beginner belly dancer

New to Belly Dance? Interested in the fundamentals? This program was designed for the complete beginner or anyone interested in fundamental belly dance technique.

Never set foot into a dance studio before? Great! Our knowledgable and friendly teachers lead you through the basic moves of belly dance in a variety of belly dance styles. And in your online studio, you get to go at your own pace!

By the end of this month-long practice, you will learn how to have graceful hands and arms, how to do a belly roll, a shimmy, snake arms, and various hip and chest isolations. You'll also learn some traveling movements and combinations. Welcome to belly dance!
