Video Description: In session 2 of week 4, Rachel will take you through a warm up for your low back and balance and Sedona will get your heart pumping with a choo choo shimmy breakdown. Ashley will lead you through a mini cardio session and Rachel will finish things off with a yoga practice to cool down.
