Video Description: Session 1 of week 1 begins with a pep talk from Amy about prioritizing what you love. Ashley will take you through a yoga-pilates flow and Sedona will lead you in a power shimmy session, followed by a combination. You will end this session by learning a cute cardio combo from Ashley.

I find these excercises a very good way to start my day :) I wonder if somebody could help me: when I sit on my knees, it feels quite uncomfortable in my feet and ankles...is it normal? How could I possibly avoid it? thanks to whoever will take time to answer ^^

Wow. Thank you Datura! What an easy way to have an excellent well rounded practice at home. The yoga/pilates video was my favourite video of that kind I have done. Normally I don't like it (especially pilates!), but i really had a good time! I tried to use a knife block since I didn't have a yoga block, it didn't last long... Once we were asked to lift it with our feet that was it! Time to get a yoga block ;) Also, I laughed when it was suggested that soup cans make great weights. I was using chicken and rib sauce! Thank you again for giving access to such a high quality program! I can't wait to see where it takes me. Cheers!
