Hey Ashley! I loved the class, it is awesome. I feel challenged to keep pace with the drilling but not overwhelmed.As a busy mama it's hard for me to have a whole hour to do a class. I would love to see a 20-30 minute condensed high intensity drilling/dance workout class geared towards those of us that don't always have an hour to get our dance practice/workout in! Thank you!

This class was wonderful! I loved that I had to think a little bit and I got to sweat! I love the break up of doing the hard core cardio then more drilling. It was fun and the time flew by! I will definitely do this one many times over the winter!

I've bought countless dvd's on "bellydance workouts" and they never delivered. I never even broke a sweat. This one is fabulous. I was wanting it even longer. so I'd run it twice . Music is good too. I bought some of the tracks from Light Rain featured on this workout. Keep it up.

Awesome workout, loved the dance phrases! Although mountain climers, jump squats and burpees were brutal and gave me flashbacks to gym class...and why I hate them^_^ But I held on and did them, cause I know they rock in the long run. Thank you Ashley, for kicking my ass!
