Video Description: In this belly dance basics class we will be focusing on muscular hip work. We will be working the hips on various planes to create strong lifts, drops and bumps. We will also drill interior hip circles as well as side circles. In addition to a warm up, cool down, break down and drill section, the class also includes an American Cabaret Style combination of all movements covered.

Sedona's classes are MASTERPIECES! Definitely a great teacher for beginners, personally I'm in a more advaned level now, but my technique is better thanks to her! Also I think her warm ups and cool downs are working great!
